- General provisions, internal organization managing traffic safety, response to accidents including investigation of causes
- Appropriateness review of including the feasibility and validity of safety management regulations while checking and evaluating whether the provider is implementing and complying with the regulations

- A transportation provider operating more than 20 commercial vehicles such as bus, taxi, and truck
Procedure for appropriateness review as well as checking and evaluating whether the provider is implementing and complying with the regulations
- Preparation and submission of safety management regulations (Transportation provider → TS)

Results: Appropriate, Conditionally inappropriate, Inappropriate
- Implementation of the safety management regulations is
checked every 5 years following a vehicle safety check (TS)
A fine is imposed in case of failure to submit the regulations or implement the order to change the regulations (traffic administration organization)
